Kickboxing at Minnesota Top Team is predominantly a conditioning class with the main focus on understanding how to use distance to evade and counter an attack. You will learn to properly use the eight points of striking including hands, feet, knees and elbows with a heavy emphasis on pad work, hitting moving targets, and partner drilling. There will be no sparring. Boxing gloves are required but you can borrow a pair from us for your first class. Class times are Mondays and Wednesdays 6:40pm - 7:40pm, try it for free!
