Get Started in MTT Fitness classes!
Welcome to MTT Fitness classes in Eagan at MTT. We believe that Functional Fitness training is essential for the athlete in all of us to help build better healthier lives. The MTT Finess membership includes access to all of the following classes: Workout of the Day, Sweat-45, Endurance, and Strength. The variety in workouts provides the challenge and balance we are all looking for with well-rounded training. All classes are constantly varied and utilize body weight movements and -- depending on the style of class -- weight equipment including dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, barbells and much more. All workouts are completely scalable to every individual at every level.
Our classes are designed for all levels. Whether you are looking to enhance your current training program, lose weight, add muscle or any combination of those goals we will help get you there.
Your Fitness membership at MN Top Team includes: Workout of the Day, Sweat-45, Endurance, Strength and Open Gym. We have 34 classes per week to choose from at various times throughout the day all week long and weekends.
